A bottle of Yamazaki Puncheon from the 2011 Cask Collection, the first year of the series. Aged in 480 litre oak Puncheon, this is a rich and sweet Japanese whisky, but one that is elegant due to the slightly slower aging caused by the smaller spirit to wood ratio.
