This bottling of American single malt comes from Santa Fe Spirits. This distillery is located 7,000 feet above sea level in the high desert and utilizes a climate-controlled barrel warehouse to maintain a more even temperature, as local temperatures range from freezing cold to swelteringly hot, with very low humidity. This release was also matured in Mesquite cask- this is a locally sourced timber normally utilised in BBQ and is known as the smokiest of cooking wood, beloved for its distinctive, sharp flavour. This limited release of 258 bottles was bottled at a cask strength of 65.7%. This release is bottled at a natural cask strength of 65.7% and is an outrun of 290 bottles.
