This tasty joven mezcal from Montelobos is made in Puebla, through a collaboration between the founder, Iván Saldaña, and the Alva family, who have a long history of growing Tobalá agave. It’s made only from the farmed Tobalá agave, which are cooked for up to a week in a pit in the ground before being distilled twice. Bottled at 46.8% ABV.
